The role holder is responsible for executing and delivering Dubai Healthcare City Authority's (DHCA) digital marketing initiatives, ensuring performance-driven campaigns, strong online presence, and measurable engagement outcomes
Core Responsibilities
- Support the development of the Marketing Communications (MarCom) strategy and periodic marketing plans, with a strong focus on digital marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including paid media, social media initiatives, website updates, and digital content deployment.
- Manage the organization’s social media presence and content calendar, coordinating closely with appointed social media and creative agencies.
- Monitor digital marketing assets, including the website, in coordination with the IT team and external partners, ensuring all content aligns with brand tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Develop creative briefs for agencies and external partners, ensuring deliverables meet campaign objectives, brand standards, and agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders, to ensure effective campaign delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Implement digital promotional and advertising campaigns to support marketing initiatives, events, and key projects.
- Monitor digital analytics, campaign performance dashboards, and ROI, using insights to optimise campaigns and improve results.
- Prepare regular performance reports and campaign evaluations for leadership, highlighting results, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all digital channels and communications.
- Support the planning, marketing, and digital amplification of events, exhibitions, and key initiatives.

Qualifications:
